About
St. Martin’s by the Bay is a homeowners’ association in Berlin, Worcester County, Maryland. The neighborhood sits on the south shore of the Shingle Landing Prong of the St. Martins River, near Beauchamp Road. It was laid out as a planned community of single-family homes, townhomes, and shared land. The recorded declaration describes the tract as about 77 acres.
Residents elect the Board of Directors. Those seats are volunteer positions, and the directors are not paid.
